this shit is retarded, you want 300 whp on a b16 with a tiny ass budget. try about $6,000-$7,000 then you will have 300 whp. call inlinepro in springfield up and ask them to give you an estimate.

EDIT: you budget is what the labor is going to be to swap the motor and install the turbo kit.

LoL one major point about this post 88-91 rex + h22 + mounts?........... Word on the street is that neither hcp, nor hasport, have any rex mounts for the h22 swap. You would have to fab up your own. If thats well within your capabilities, then by all means go for the h, if not....... stay b its safer, lol.
