So, what exactly caused this problem...did I run out of fuel? Did I overrun my maf? I ran it like 5 times prior and nothing happened...maybe I just got the damn thing to hot...

Do you have an EGT gauge? You using a standalone of any type? Has the car been tuned for 25psi? I mean cylinder 4 is the weakest cause it's the farther from the fpr. So it will lean out first.
Maf & popped pipe - these two will be close in sympthoms. poor performance, poor idle, no boost build. Excessive fuel dumping. there are a lot of things it could be.
If you fried the rings. compression check will tell you....then you most likely cause of this is not enough fuel. I have nothing to support this theory. All guesses at this point.
Do a compression test. Check for codes in the ecu (maf should show up). Check your plugs.

Ok, compression test came out bad...
numbers are 0, 115, 90, 95...3 of 4 plugs were melted...I pulled off the valve cover to check the rocker arms and they're all good. Guess I'm sucking right now....
