What does? The Phantom Grip? Well that's all fine and dandy but what about the spider gears? That's what it puts wear and tear on, an already weak (in some cars) stock component.

It would be like trying to hold up a 50LB weight with a toothpick and me offering a lifetime warranty on the weight. Of course the toothpick is going to break and I only offer the warranty on the weight. Tough luck about your toothpick breaking.

If they warranty more then I don't see a problem with getting on, but I seriously doubt they do.

I called up Extreme Motorsports and they said that they haven't had any problems with the spider gears when using the Phantom Grip...they said it works fine with them. This MIGHT be a product I would be willing to try until I have the need for True LSD...

A lot of people on DSMtalk like the BM LSD better http://www.bmtranny.com/Products.htm I haven't found any magazine reviews on this one yet, but I'll keep you updated.

I saw that in a Lancer forum. They're almost exactly the same as a Phantom Grip, so how someone can like it better beyond pricing differences is beyond me.

well. ppl have run 9s on that diff. a couple of ppl actually. i think its an ok unit. but if your getting the diff for handling then don't get it
