ITS DEF THE CAM SEALS!!!! A BUDDY OF MINE HAD THE SAME EXACT LEAK ON HIS AND ALL IT NEEDED WAS THE SEALS REPLACED!! I CAN SEE FROM THE PICS THE'RE LEAKING... GOOD LUCK.

^+1 i mean you have the motor out, you might just want to get a gasket and seal kit while its out

ok what seals should i replace and is there a kit with all of them im just on a tight budget and the motor was rebuilt 5000 miles ago they should be good well which ones should i replace

the pcv valve is on the top of the head how would it be leaking on the side of the motor?

i think its the cam seals, 3 bucks a piece. I spent all of 100 for all the seals for my ls...
