Thanks Tony. (this is mophead from the TLS expo, also the one who showed up in a honda )

I don't hit curbs, and I don't beat on my car hard on the street. I just bang a couple of gears, and then let out. I don't push it hard through corners either, but at interstate speeds on back roads(doing speedlimit) my car is scary.
Thanks for the info on them.

O ok. I have mine sitting in my bedroom now, man they fucking look like a pain. Millenium was gonna charge me 300 to do it, which is respectable, but I'll do it with some friends. No disrespect to them.

Thanks for the info on them. I will be buying more grease, cuz ES didn't supply enough. I'm not great at measuring amounts, lol.

My motor moves a little(but thats cuz of my back one isn't in yet. Awaiting purchase of a hondata intake manifold gasket before I dive into the back section. But for having just two, I have little wheel hop, it just burns em now. Except at the track, then I just rev and drop.

$ loves me.

on older bushings i would heat a scribe and scratch some zip-zag groves on the inside of the bushing where it would contact the metal sleave to prevent grease from oozing out. they would last much longer before i would have to regrease them.

latter this month im going to install a set and use teflon tape with the newer graphite hyperflex bushings which already have grooves cut in them. hopefully this setup will prevent squeaking and binding for even longer without service.

i added a "grease fitting" into the trailing arms, mounts, control arms, etc., then cut small groves in the bushing so i could grease them once or twice a month. but that is just what i did.

edit: have had the entire suspension done for about two years now on my EF. but that was in CA were we got less rain and the roads are better.
