Replaced the battery terminals but still getting delay in the time the key is turned to when it actually cranks over. Still quite a bit better, but I did start it already warm. I guess tomorrow morning after a cold night I will know if it actually made any difference. A buddy had mentioned it might be the ignition switch because it isn't the cranking over that is having a hard time, its the fact of getting it to crank. Acura said that sounds "logical" and could very well be the problem.

I know both times my starters died they acted like they were getting no juice. You need to get a volt meter and a friend. If you come all the way to Williamsburg I'd be willing to lend a hand, but 1 - never worked on an Integra and 2 - I'm sure you have closer/better options.

It actually doesn't make a noise at all when turned to the start position. It took a minute and a bit of a slow roll start to get it to kick but I got it started and took it out for a hour drive tonight. Once warmed up I stopped for food and it started back up fine this time around.
