A stock gsr with i/h/e and a decent tune should be close to 180. You will feel dumb boosting a car and it will still be slow as all get out. Do some research other places and figure out what you should/want to do.

Im thinking zc motor swap. it'll keep my tranny, use same motor mounts, everything will work. I'll just get the motor and an ecu. throw it in there, be good on 120-130 horsepower. daily drive it. done. sound like a good plan?

the dohc zc might put 100 hp to the wheels, but its doubtful with them being pretty old and ragged out if you find one. best plan is to find another platform (already obd1) even if its a civic. any b-series motor with a decent turbo kit will easily put down 220 once tuned.

OP, since this is all that you have to work with, I'll make you some suggestions...
First, please rethink your power goal and what you plan to do with the car. A measley 180 whp is not worth the hassle. As another person suggested, a GSR swap with the basic bolt-ons will get you there with a good chipped ECU & tune, but since you said you have an LS motor on hand, there's oppurtunity for way more than 180 whp if you turbo the LS. Do some research, and if I were you, I'd consider my budget and turbo the LS motor (depending on your budget), and shoot for a 250 to 300 whp goal. You can reach that power level and still be reliable, GRANTED the motor is healthy, compression & leakdown wise, and if you choose quality parts and a good tuner. If your budget doesn't allow it at the moment, be patient and save up for parts while you're doing research.
And that way, you wont have stock Sentras stomping you ass. Don't ever sleep on them...
