youll be fine with those compression numbers, i mean it is a non built boosted car so you have to expect something liek that. hope everything works out for you!

So I ended up gettin the car running but where I adjusted the timing I guess I had too much tension on the timing belt and I snapped the belt... The engine immediately died and I didn't try to start it back up... Should I pull the head to check to see if everything is still good?

Someone recommend a good brand replacement belt... Or should I just get an OEM belt... I don't mind shellin out some cash for a good one...

Impact will handle it, but I guess you'd have to get a compressor out there.

Always the old fashioned way.

OEM Honda belt will work just fine, I'll pm you my number and come over tomorrow after work and look at it if you need help. Since the belt broke, you may or may not have damage. Me and Darell had a All motor 13:1 GSR break the tensioner after the kid missed 4th gear and went back into 2nd, not a single valve was hurt, wish I had luck like that.

I may just drag two 50 footers down to the street and my compressor and yank the pulley off w/ the car in 5th...

I turned the engine by hand today and everything spun nice... I'll just head down to Rick Woodson tomorrow and pick up a belt... I just hate how the belt tension is one of those "gotta have a feel for it" things... Spring loaded tensioners ftw...

The original issue was a CUT and stripped wire from the main relay to the fuel pump... Since the wire was cut, the fuel pump was hot wired from THE RELAY w/ a wire stuck down in the relay and run straight to the fuel pump... My only issue now is, this is my first car w/ a timing BELT and I had too much tension on the belt and I snapped it...
