Really could be anything. My Spoon shift knob resonated really bad with the B&M short shiter its screwed too @ 3K RPM. I ended up just putting some teflon tape on the threads and it shut it up.
It's a 9 year old car, things loosen up over time. Is it definitally outside the cabin somewhere?

is it still able to accerlate with no problems. mine has that problem too. and mine wont accelerate without bogging. does the noise come from your driver side. if so check your main relay. thats where mine is from. my main relay makes a buzzing noise and shakes.
