what brand of rotor are they? do you know who makes them to be sure they are the right ones for your car? off set is very important for this reason. if your pads are draging on the stationary side you are kinda SOL un less you know a good machinist that can clear the insides. even then the integrity of the rotor goes way down hill. which side is dragging piston or stationary against the bracket? post up a few awnsers and i will ponder on this.

Pads were dragging on both sides of the rotor ( I didn't see it on the backside initially, but when I pulled them off I saw it ). They were just some eBay rotors -- but they were the same thickness as the OEM ones I bought from Advanced Auto Parts.

shoot man. umm have you checked the offset. lay the ebay and oem rotors next to each other and make sure the centers are the same height. if so then take a tape to the inside and do the same. but the odds are if it is dragging front and back that something in your system is binding up. Did you bleed the brakes really well?

Yeah I did, and we flushed the entire system. I ended up just putting the old rotors back on the rear and it works fine. Oh well, who the hell knows
