UPDATE!

Installed the new coil, no spark. Switched out the ECU with two replacements that are in perfectly good working order, no spark. Check timing, all fuses and relays, grounds, and as much wire as I could, no spark.

Tomorrow I'm installing a Ignition Resistor and I'm sourcing out a replacement dizzy, cap and rotor.

I'm getting more and more stressed every day and I'm getting close to just giving up and taking it to a shop.

hottscennessey, how do I test the signal? I've looked everywhere and I can't find anything...

I was looking through it for your problem, and found a dizzy test. Sometimes things are categorized weird, so just look through all of it. I know it's there for an S13 240sx.

Don't take it to a shop, you're really close to having this fixed.

I know it isn't much of a help, but so you know what CAS stands for, its Crank Angle Sensor.

Did you install the s13 dizzy or are you running the s14 ODBII diizzy. I know that my s14 dizzy went to shit and I wired in an MSD ignition box.

I'm running an S3 KA24DE dizzy and the coil/resistor that mounts on the fender, there's a picture further up in the thread. The motor I bought to drop in came with an S14 dizzy, which I assume has the sensor and coil all mounted within the dizzy, as opposed to the S13, which is separate. I'm going to install a new resistor now, if that doesn't work, new dizzy, cap and rotor, and if that doesn't work, I'm at a loss
