All sounds good now the thing with the Wheel barring is that when i jack it up try and move it up and down to check for play it doesnt move. The Reason i changed the tie rod ends was that there was little play from left to right. Now the breaks are new so im not sure if that would be the problem but never know so that will be the next thing i check out for the fact the pad could of came off the plate and now the plate is hitting the rotor but i highly doubht that.

 

Ok someone said it could be a jack shaft not sure what that is lol

Ok going to change the intermediate shaft today i hope this fixes the problem

It's just a shaft with a support bearing, so if the bearing is bad than replace it. If the bearing isn't bad, there's no need to replace the intermediate shaft.
