I got some 14" BMW bottlecaps that came with my shell,would that be better?

...do you really need slicks? i mean ...do you have something where your really going to benefit from this? or possibly end up trying to spin a slick thats to big and break an axle at the tree. there are other options other than big fat slicks...they do have streetable drag tires out there ya know.

only reason im bringing this up is my last room mate kept snapping oem axles on his 22-23? inch slicks..but maybe he just sucks at life, who knows?

kinda why im asking if he really needs slicks or would be better off with something more sizable to whatever wheels he already has.

I'm not running stock axles, and drag radials aren't hooking up very well. I'm not going to get slicks to look cool I need them and I'm trying my best to keep the stock front end.

Depending on what was done to the car it's probably just operator error.
