SPUTTERING/HESITATING REAL BAD UNDER 3000 RPM ONLY HELPP ASAPPP**

Ok I need some ideas to try and solve this problem......
-Car sputters under 3k rpm.....it sputters/hesitates BAD "SOMETIMES" w.e u wanna call it
-It doesnt do it everytime i drive the just at random times
-Soon as it crosses over 3k it runs fine
-*Also Getting fuel smell pretty bad inside the car along with black smoke along my rear bumper(Running Rich)
What Ive Done So Far-
-Changed Fuel Filter and Pump
-Changed Plugs
-Changed o2 sensor
-Changed FPR
-Dizzy
-Checked All Injectors and they are all squirting fine and in order
Im stumped and its starting to aggravate me now.....can someone with good knowledge please help me out ASAPP PLEASE TEXT ME OR CALL ME AT 540-422-9050

my guess would be a lot of carbon build up, try a fuel injector cleaner....like one from a store not the seafoam bullshit

Did you change the spark plug WIRES?
---If not check the resistance on them. See what the LSv wire resistance is supposed to be and replace if necessary.
Also, Was timing set correctly when you replaced the dizzy? Was the distributor used or new(refurb)?

naa i havent checked wires and.the dizzy i tried off a friends car that runs fine

A big vacuum leak will cause some odd symptoms like this, it's worth a shot to double check and be sure that everything has the proper vacuum lines and vacuum. If not then could be a distributor problem such as ignitor/rotor/cap.
