Question Straight Pipe (cat. converter) O2 sensor

Have a question. I just installed a straight pipe and took out the cat. converter. So now there is no O2 sensor hole in it, so what should I do? Can I get a hole made in the straight pipe? Does not using the O2 sensor make car run crappy as far as not buring right? I tape the sensor up for now, and still do not have a check engine light, so hopefully thats good thing. 99 Civic EX Thanks for you help.

take it to a muffler shop and have them weld a bung on it. or autosolutions if your afraid of the muffler shop.

If you're not throwing a code, why worry about it?
