ok drill a 1/8 in hole at the end of each crack...it will stop it from spreading and then weld up the crack...

its an easy repair..

I remember seeing someone else on here having the same issue in VA beach but i cannot for the life of me find the thread again.

Is there any way to reinforce this from happening again after welding it back up?

i doubt you would be able to get a pic of what i would like to see without removing the tire and then jacking up on the suspension to see whats hitting

it looks to be from he a/arm ball joint hitting...

just weld it up and if you know how or find someone to weld a 1/4 plate underneath it...that way when the a/arm hits it it will beat on the 1/4 plate and not the strut tower

I know the car has bottomed out twice since i've had it damn potholes & shitty roads. But i never have seen this before on any of my vehicles.

Should have it welded up within the week.

just make sure you drill the 1/8 holes..it will stop it from spreading...

grind the area to metal...remove all the paint...then weld it...and if you can get to the bottom weld that also...

you should cut that section out and re-box it in . it will give you more clearance.

Although EVERY OTHER PART OF YOUR SUSPENSION IS FUCKED at that height

What do you suggest replacing the parts ??? obviously not going to happen overnight but i doubt the car is going to sell anytime soon lol & prefer it not to with lil one(s) on the way.
