Bigger is not better, if you're bigger than than what you need for flow, you're going to lose velocity. So you'll lose power if you go too large. Don't just throw something on, do your homework and size it correctly.

If you need a 70 get a 70, I'm just responding to the "bigger is better". If you're already sized out what you need, then it sounds like you're set. If you're going to go that big, and you want a bolt on TB, don't use a bored stock throttle body, defininately use a new billet one. I'm not sure that a stock TB can even be bored that big in the first place, and even the 65mm bored stock TBs I've seen look like a razor on the edge and there's not really anything left of them. They look very fragile..

all 3 are good pieces. I recently opened up a new skunk pro manifold for a 70mm skunk TB. When i checked it out, it looked like a nice setup.
Ericks and STR are good too.
IMO, buy whicheever you find cheapest.
and to the guy who said you can see "significant HP gains" without opening up the IM as well: Would making the highway 3 lanes instead of 2 going 64westbound at the HRBT make traffic Significantly faster while still keeping the tunnel 2 lanes?

Also the old Ford 5.0 throttle bodies bolt right up from what I have heard. You can source one from a junk yard for about $25-$50 easy. Only thing is you have to fab the wiring from a 4 wire TPS to a 3 wire I beleive. Or its the other way around. I cant remember. I think that TB is like 65mm also.
