Before you do anything else, grab your voltmeter and check that you have 5V between the other two TPS connector pins. That's the sensor power and sensor ground connections to the ECU, and if those are not correct than you will never get where you need to be with the TPS calibration.

You are measuring the TPS voltage with respect to the sensor ground and not with respect to the chassis ground, correct?

You have 3 wires power wires which is a constant 5 volts, signal which is the wire you are checking, and a ground wire. Follow Fabrik8 instructions first and see if thats your problem.

Im not dumb just didnt understand and so what your saying is i prolly calibrated it with that screw too far and is causing me not to get right closed or WOT readings GOT YAH makes since!!!
