Actually was just using ground off battery but asked someone and they said to use screw thats holding TPS in TB and it was same reading But C16EFSEDAN has a good point im going to check out today

Use the sensor ground wire, because that's what the ECU references the TPS signal to. Try that before doing any adjustments because you might find you don't actually have a problem once you use the proper ground reference.

It's very important to do things the proper way while trying to troubleshoot problems like this; if you're having problems getting the voltage in the right range then you might have just found out why the ECU is having problems reading that sensor properly...

What i mean is that that screw will act like your partially on the throttle if its adjusted out to far. Essentially not letting the throttle body close completely when sitting idle.

Have you tested or replaced the coolant temp sensor yet? Your ECU is throwing that ECT code for a reason...

No, there isn't three. There's a fan switch, a sending unit for the temp gauge, and a coolant temp (ECT) sensor. The ECT sensor is the only one the ECU cares about. It should be a two wire sensor on the end of the head. That will definitely cause it to run funny, because that's what tells the ECU when the engine is up to operating temp.

Stop being stubborn. I'm not telling you to fix things that are completely unrelated to the problems you're having, I'm telling you to fix things that will help solve your problems.

You can check fuel pressure and whatever else you feel like checking, but until you get the known problems figured out (the TPS and the ECT) then you're just wasting your time doing anything else.

well checked fuel pressure and its low, TPS isnt throwing code no more just ECT and fuel pressure at turn key wont go past 34psi no matter how many times I turn key....idling its at 28psi and WOT it jumps to 34psi...... so low fuel pressure and ECT pretty much got it figured out I guess
THANKS GUYS will post if I still have problems
