Look for things that could cause oil to end up in the intake, like vacuum lines or breathers. You could have a valve stem seal problem, but that would usually cause a similar problem fairly consistantly. It could also be that the turbo seals are going bad but aren't leaking enough oil to cause visible leakage in the turbo.
