Generally, yes. The severity will depend on the engine load and RPM though. The engine load changes the cylinder pressure, which changes the ring sealing (among other things). The RPM changes the ring velocity in the cylinder bore (obviously) which also affects sealing and oil control.

so if the rpm goes down it seals worst? also had perfect compression on a compressoin test ? could it also be valve seals

just wondering im probly and idiot but i forgot to mention that i just added the full blown walbro kit to my car i had a inline and a intake but now i have two in tank 255 with a bigger feed line ....could the car be running to lean or rich when i pull up to a stop light ....i remember it going lean the last time i drove it.... could this cause blue smoke
