log is the worst design in terms of making power.


but i made 457rwhp@20psi on a log so i think it was placement of the turbo and the wastegate. (secret dont ask)

revhard has a nice design but poor wg placement.

on the outside no...but the inside needs to be smooth as a nice round ass. hahah very smooth .

imperfections will wreak havoc with airflow. limiting hp. I smoothed the hell outta my log manifold. it showed on the dyno.

That is the type of log I am talking about... 2.3's see monsterious results with those.. and the price isnt all that bad at all

its that cast steel piping welding together or just welded elbows and t's

I am not positive how he does it, but he has half the turboford market and another man has the other half with another style header.. its a tube style, all chrome and what not... 2ce the price if not more, and most wont spend more on a header than they got the car for... one being me... I am just goin to do some porting on my stock manifold, almost identicle to the thing pictured, just its cast'ed as one piece and wont flow as well as that but close enough for me..

in those pics, they are standard mild steel piping welded to Domestic Weld Steel elbows......
