Wait, are you just assuming that you're blowing turbo seals because it's smoking when the turbo is installed or have you actually determined that the seals have blown?

Verify your oil feed and drain are up to par, size (feed), and angle (drain) wise. Honda oil pumps put out a ton of oil pressure, and if your feed line is too big (-4 AN and up), without running a restrictor, it will cause problems with the CHRA being flooded with too much oil. Having the drain line done correctly with enough gravity to get it back into the oil pan is equally, if not more important.
