Missed the plugs comment when you post every sentence... a stuck valve will usually lower compression, a proper compression check shows the symptoms of this, but yea if you have 2 stuck valves I could see that possible.

Ya compression is low at 180 psi but its even so im think valve issue maybe

It could also still be the icm. Or even a crank position sensor. Unless you were saying you bought a whole new distributor. If that was the case I would have that checked(assuming it was under warranty).

Ya you can clean injectors yourself its not too hard theres a way to get the injectors to run and suck the cleaner threw
