honestly if this is your first time welding and all....you should not even be considering replacing quarters on anything but a vending machine...
you really need to start small...get you an old door and try shaving the door handle or something...
cut a sguare out and weld it back in...
you will warp the shit out of the metal and it will move and nothing will line up right...you need to get some practice with a welder and bodywork in general before you attempt this..

ok well for that little shit...you dont need quarters installed...that can be patched up with ease...ill cut the rust out...weld new metal in and finish it off in primer...both sides in primer for 400...take about a day and a half..
