X2...literally. (no pun intended)
For 550 wheel, you'll be fine with the single 255 Walbro you listed. For that 650 goal, run the Full Blown kit with dual Walbro's, or run an inline Bosch 044 with that single Walbro you already have. Your 1000 cc's will support the 650 as long as your fuel system is up to snuff, hence the dual pumps.
If that was my setup, I'd swap out the scat rods for Eagle H-beams, cop a Presicion 600 hp FMIC & swap the Blox cams for Skunk2 Tuner 1's. But you do have an awesome setup there.

yeah im not going to be disapointed if it doesnt push 650hp because im gonna keep blowing clutches so i think ill stick with the single fuel pump and see what happens if it doesnt put out what i want then ill switch it out. and yeah the bore is 87mm!!!! its rated to hold 40psi so 25psi should be fine. as far as the rod, scat says they are 650hp compatible and i had them mechined to accept larger bolts. we'll see i guess

Scat makes good parts, don't worry. People like to leg hump Eagle stuff (and they make great stuff) but they aren't the only people out there for high power Honda parts.
