Ok start over.
If you unplug the IACV, fuel does not stop. The engine will stumble b/c idle air has been interupted but fuel is still being added. The Idle Air Control Valve has nothing to do with fuel being stopped. But it does deal with air being controlled - hence the name. The ECU controls fuel using mainly based on MAF voltage among other sensors. I'm trying to help you out but you HAVE to know what you're talking about first before we can give you further assistance.
