You could use an English lesson and I didn't give you a stupid comment. I said go get a new wiring harness, but since you want to get smart good lcm because no one likes a self confident jackass that doesn't know how to wire up a Honda.

Find a factory service manual. It will have the harness locations and connector locations for the entire electrical system. That will give you a good starting point.
I'm assuming the car doesn't run at the moment judging by the hacked up harnesses?

lol. take another picture of where the harness is actually coming from or where it is sitting. this should way less difficult to answer than this. we just need a tad more info and possibly more pictures.

It is right off the the cabin harness where the 3 connectors connect to the engine harness i am not runnkng heat or ac so im thinking maybe it goes to blower motor not sure
