no no no both you wrong cause heat make paint stick heat 2 heater and arm stick plastic bunm steorf heat sun winter with cold bals.

i learn yu leson wen dore stick to arm then clear cote not pored on but when prime cote then clear dry bery long tyme an set ober nite an shud be gude car paint is what well doo gude dunt use sheap stuph or paint sticky when sun com and you be so bery sory
