well i figured with having the head milled and the high comp valves with the stock 10.1:1 pistons thats probably gonna bring me up quite a bit, im not sure if 10.1 is correct it maybe 10.5:1 stock

Okay, I did some heavy duty cleaning. Keep it on topic or it's going to SPO.

There are only 4 pages of threads because they get automatically purged after that.
If you notice, those 4 pages of threads are all from the LAST MONTH...!

So first of all, why did you have the head milled? That's something you should never do, unless you have a really good reason to do that. You now have less material to work with later (if you actually have a good reason to have it trued, etc), you've changed the engine dimensions so you've changed the cam timing, and you can accomplish the same thing with a set of pistons without compromising anything.
Second, don't bother with underdrive pulleys, especially underdrive pulleys made by OBX. The power gain is small, and the risk of bearing damage from poor quality solid pulleys isn't worth the small power gain on a street car.
Same goes with the OBX fuel pressure regulator. Nothing OBX makes would get close to my car, even I did still own any Honda products. Getting cheap Chinese parts doesn't make sense when they can destroy your expensive engine.
Third, you'd get a lot more performance out of the setup you listed if you got different pistons. I'm also assuming that you have to rev those cams to higher RPM than stock to make a lot of power with them, which is probably not the best idea on a stock block with 120k miles.
