ok well im dumb when it comes to a timing light i can do the simple stuff but i checked every thing its all back together but this little blue valve broke it feeds into the intake manafold will that prevent it from starting and if not how do i know its the timing

disconnect your fuel like and turn it over, see if you have fuel pressure, you may be getting some fuel but no fuel pressure
if so then its timing...
but my guess is timing.
