Re: 1978 Honda Civic Project
I'm planning on keeping it carbed, I'm looking for Webber's at the moment. There is a mod to use a OE 32 DGV Webber carb from the mid-70's Datsun and an adapter plater. However I wont be doing an engine work until the interior and exterior are complete.

would you mind showing me? im not trying to prove you wrong, its just that my dad and I couldnt find any wheels that were 4x120 so we did the 4x100 swap along with 4 wheel disc brakes. and i also tried searching for a bmw wheel that is 4x120 and they all showed 5x120 and 4x100.

Re: 1978 Honda Civic Project
Weber 32/36 DGEV or DGV is a nice Carb. Ran one on my 86 Carbed CRX DX with a SI engine converted over to carb since it was going to be a big hassle to make it MPFI. The 38 DGES is also another option with better performance over the 32/36 but less fuel efficient. The weber carb is definitely a big improvement ove a stock Honda carb. Mine was a 3bbl. stock and what a pain to rebuild plus the rebuild kit was $$$. You can also do away with all that vaccum line junk except for the Distributor advance lines. Let me know if I can be of any help. Been working with these POS Hondas for about 15 years now. Gotta Love EM.
