like brian said before. most likely shock. i can say shit now but when its going down i dont know how i would act.
Reloading almost any handgun only takes seconds. I dont think any college kids that are getting shot at would be able to react that quickly.

A .22 is so easy to fire. Small rounds though...probably caused more injuries than death I'd like to think.

I'd expect he practiced how to reload and stuff quickly by playing gears of war with active reload....nah that's wrong. Sorry, just had to say it.

But honestly he prob knew what he was gonna do and practiced reloading so he could do as much damage as possible. But the question is, did he kill who he was looking for and then shoot himself...or why stop at 31? I hope we find out somehow

They can. I just assume they'd do less than the 9mm would. Granted a .22 has virtually no recoil whatsoever. I'm sure it'd be easier to aim and shoot than a 9mm which is a bit harsher of course. So perhaps yes he could do more damage with the .22

Your sitting in class, its early and your probably just fighting to stay awake and pay attention. All of a sudden the door bust open and a few people around you are hit. I doubt many young college students are really trained to react in anything close to this. By the time you realize people are dying around you he has already emptied that small pistol clip, it was very smart and quick of them to barricade the door after that.

I would like to know how many shots were actually fired by him. This would give us a good idea of how many clips he had on him.
