when i was a freshman in 2003...doors were locked from 10pm-10am... and on gamedays. it's not hard getting into these buildings because a lot of smokers are outside or people hanging around that will let you in or you can wait for someone to leave

People being interviewed right now (Pat Brown; Fox among others) are flipping out over how VT handled security procedures especially after the VT shooting last year and two bomb threats this year. They're saying there should have been a hightened level of security measures.
