Yea...they suck...a few of my customers have there t1 service.....
But rich.....best buy had one for 39.99 a toshiba...and wal-mart had a motorola...i had to buy a new one when the one they gave me died......i will check the back room at work to see if we have the damaged one...toshiba replaced it because the plastics were busted......so we just tossed it in the parts room
