All i gotta say is woah...thats a quick move...iam about to buy a house in roanoke county........just gotta do the paperwork shuffle....and why lychburg...what about careers...iam sure phillip dosnt want to leave CRW....i wouldnt.....i have family in Lynchburg and its EXTREAMLY hard to get any highly decent income.....they worked in a few rinky dinky factories and were lucky to make close to 22k a year.........down here the same company would make 33+......and iam with srt4.....we do alot of work up there...and in fact we have "sessional openers" akak...we come in...check the phone system...do maitence..etc....because they shut down when collage is out....which means CO lines have got to be re-activated.....system has to be brought back up...etc...voicemails to be purged and reprogramed with newest members......plus my mortage would run 350-500 bucks for my house..jesus...700 is a shitload down here.......thats gotta be like on a damn nice apartment...

I'd keep it for a while, and if I planned to stay I'd take out a home equity loan and buy a second property and rent it out.. or just sell it out right hopefully for a profit. Something you should consider.

Well, I know Lynchburg's property values are incredibly low. Back when I was insane and was considering moving there, I was looking at a new house in a very nice subdivision. 3 bedrooms, 1 ½ baths, central air, unfinished basement, walk in closets, etc. The same house here would be close to $200k. There it was $119k.

Yeah, rental properties are hella cheap in lynchburg. Plus, I know my way around lynchburg. I prefer lynchburg over the nrv, Marie prefers the NRV over lynchburg. Plus I will still be working at CRW, driving back and forth everyday(hence another reason for me needing to sell my talon to get a bike) unless I can find another job that I can enjoy. Chances are very slim.
