I didnt get any luck in the tech section so i thought i would try you guys around here

This is for a friend of mine

He drives a 93 SI and his rear driver side is gettin extremely hot and is actually beginning to change the color of the caliper. we just changed the capliers and pads b/c they were lockin up and messing up..But what could be making it get this hot?

Bad proportioning valve? maybe an ABS problem.
