I might come to take a look. Are you showing your car/s? Oak Tree is having that community yard sale that weekend and I'm really hoping to unload a lot of stuff. Maybe I'll leave the wife at home to take care of it.

in fact, most of the ones I have been to in the past the best ones were the ones that were built out of nothing.
one day...people will realize that a high dollar car does not equate to a sociable person/group.
never judge a person/show by what you THINK is going to be there. you may be surprised.

I didn't mean every car show, I mis-communicated my point. What i'm saying is a lot of the ones around here generally suck to most of the country's standards. It's because a lot of them are comprised primarily of highschool/college age kids and their cars - which, consequently, generally won't be mind blowing. I mean it makes sense!
I know they aren't,
But some of the car shows you see in bigger cities are absolutely astounding. I think most people realize that high dollar anything doesn't always equate to that type of person... I learned that 2 years ago as a young kid because of where I work...
Some of the cars at these local shows are cool, but some are like ---- are you serious, you think someone wants to look at that??
The best car shows are filled with incredible cars, whether low dollar or high dollar - so that the trashy ones don't even have a place there cause they don't meet the minimum standard...It just sucks cause most shows in these parts don't have much of a standard because they can't be picky - due to lack of cars. It happens, it's nobody's fault, but this leads back to my original comment - allot of younger kids don't have the funds neccessary to make a car really show-worthy... so what do we end up with? Shows with some excellent cars, but tainted by some real nasty ones. Its a shame...
not all car shows are about high dollar rides.
