FWIW/FYI,
The ins co of the guy who hit me called this am and as of right now he has no ins. According to the ins co (State Farm) he has until Nov 1 to pay at least half of his premium for them to enforce coverage for him.
So, please think about the below person driving around without paying when you write out the check for your coverage and be sure to keep him in mind whenever you have to work OT or holidays to pay your ins. Im sure he will think about you while sitting on the couch enjoying a cold one and smiling the whole time since he doesnt want to pay his way.

even if they don't cover it,shouldn't be a problem to get it covered by your uninsured motorist coverage(how many time can i say "coverage"?).you'll just have to pay your deductible,which most companies will refund you if they ever do get his company to pay it.i had to do that a couple years ago.

What sucks is the fact that if I take the hit on my ins the rates will prolly go up for ~5yrs which makes me REALLY happy about still having to pay for the other driver not having ins.
Guess we'll see what happens after Nov 1.....

Ok, Ive obviously angered the automotive gods....a coworker drove into the back of the dually while trying to park his buick roadmaster this AM.
Anyone on here want to run into one of my vehicles? I just want to make sure I dont leave anyone out since about everyone in roanoke has ran into me (literaly) in the past few weeks. I think the only thing Im lacking is a plane crashing into me while driving

And actually, yes, I would like to run into you in the near future before you have your dually repaired. Can we set up a time and place? I'll just back into it since my rear bumper is damaged anyway from some drunk moron hitting me before.
