You've got to pay to play bro... I know it sucks, and I know a lot of cops are complete jerks, but you did have illegal equipment regardless of whether or not it was plugged in. I'm on your side, but I'm going out on a limb and assuming you knew they were illegal to begin with...

yea thats retarded.. typical ass cop.. How is the radar detector being in the backseat near a power source.. not much different than it being in a storage area(which is OKAY).. 
virginia has THE GAYEST laws ever i swear..
he used to live in VA btw, well before he could drive though.. I sure didnt have any knowledge of traffic laws when I was 6.. did you?

Sorry you think VA has "gay" laws, but the revenue brought in from some if these things helped pay for your education, your roads, etc.
Rather pay higher taxes? I wouldnt.
