actually you can make your own with some hydrogen, carbon monoxide and a some copper to act as cataylist. but i don't think you want to go into the business of making chemicals in your house. maybe a better question is how much do you need?
Some other info to think about is the drawback of methanol as a fuel is its corrosivity to some metals, including aluminium. Methanol, (a weak acid) attacks the oxide coating that normally protects the aluminium from corrosion. The resulting methoxide salts are soluble in methanol, so the corrosion continues until the metal is eaten away.

Get a tub full of hot water in your bathtub
Sit in the water
Take an empty glass jar with a tight-fitting lid
Take the lid off, and put the jar under the water so it fills with water
Invert the jar so the opening is pointing down
Hold the jar over your junk, and when you fart, the gas bubbles go into the jar, and displace the water
When you are done, put the lid on the jar under the water, trapping the gas and water
