The stage 3+ is rated to handle more power than the stage 4 and has a full-faced disc with a sprung hub. The regular stage 3 is a 6-puck, sprung hub and the stage 4 is a 6-puck, solid hub. I have the 3+, my clutch grabs very well but the harsh engagement (much worse than the stage 3 in my '96 cobra) makes me wish I went with a twin-disc. Your clutch should handle plenty of power. Coming out on anything but slicks will probably be a pain but thats racin'.
