Those tickets are given almost ENTIRELY based on how you drive, and what you drive. I've got 35% tint all the way around, and haven't been hassled about it. I have black leather interior, so it's not an issue of whether or not it looks lighter with a light interior or anything.. I've been left alone about it. I've actually had one officer compliment my car; Not specifically the tint, but the car itself.. clear as day that the tint was illegal, but he seemed to like it.

Tint, maybe. But I went exatly one day without a front plate and got pulled over. Anyone who knows me knows I don't drive crazy. In fact, the day I got pulled over I had my two daughters in the back seat...

Again, back to the car itself.. not necessarily the way you drive.. you drive a BRIGHT YELLOW WRX.. carbon fiber hood, carbon fiber spoiler, gurgly exhaust I believe, wheels, etc... the yellow and black scheme really attracts attention I would imagine. You're a moving target.

What he is saying though is that is the only time he's gotten pulled over or at least as fare as I know.

Well, the only time in the past 10 years or so. I got pulled over when I was 17 for speeding, and had an at-fault accident when I was 18, but those are long since gone from my record...
