Basically he was riding w/o a license to test his bike, came over a hill, and a cop was there... he panicked and ran. While in pursuit the cop crashed. Cops found him and he fessed up to it.

kinda sounds like spencer's scenario...except spencer ran thru a couple counties, tried to turn around and ball back past them, and ended up wrecking himself
