Did some good work on this today. Probably going to be a June event, and it is DEFINITELY going to happen. I will not post direct details yet, but we have an outstanding main sponsor for the event, along with other sponsors that are making this a reality. Drove all over Western VA today working on details. Should be great, and this would be a full day of driving!

We're going to be really careful to plan it on a good date that works around other events, and we're also trying to get the driver cost lower than $75. We are looking to eventually make this a monthly event, so we're going to take our time to make sure the first one is organized properly so we can continue to do this. ITR Expo is June 11-12.Not sure if that'd affect local turnout,but I want to come to it too,so please don't have it that weekend!

Once the Virginia Tech Car Show date is finalized I will be promoting the event in our local area (April 30th is the unofficial date.) The car show will be a good gauge of how many people will travel that way for an event as the majority of car enthusiasts reside in Roanoke and Lynchburg.
