Radford flooding
Theres an issued flash flood watch for today. I remember a post a while back about some parking lot getting flooded. Just wanted to inform you guys that its supposed to rain alot.

Yeah, they actually closed that Lot Z for good now. Noone is allowed to park in it, unless told. It's freezing rain right now... probably get worse in a little bit.
