ran a new personal best last night
9.150 at 74.01 on a 2.02 sixty foot.
i had one run that had a 2.000 60 foot...i was pissed. i wanted that 1.9XX!!!
first run was in 2wd. i ran a 9.4 on a 2.2 60. then i put the driveshaft back in. i think if i get my shifting down pat and some cooler weather it has a 8.99 in it. (i have to let off on my shifts so i doesnt float the valves)
side note: the 4.56 gears didnt vastly improve my e/t or my short time. BUUUT, i ran a 5.87 330 (that is .15 tenths better than my previous) and my trap speed went down by about 1.5-2 mph. stock gears were 3.73
i think my current setup (gears, custom flash) is gonna be sick nasty with a 220ish cam and 2.02s heads
cant wait...just gotta put in some more overtime (also been thinkin about taking out a small loan) <--- yes, im crazy

We need to have a meet n greet...like thunder valley or something....i rember cosmo talking about it but it died...anytime after 5pm or the weekends rock for me.....and btw...dont laugh at the wagon :P

i think a meet and greet would be cool. i didnt talk to everybody as much at the dyno as i would have liked so we should try and meet up and go to the motor mile speedway or something (i havent been there)
