i say just throw your OEM exhaust bock on, and have a cutout coming out of your front bumper. its legal as long as they dont catch you with it open! and even if they do hear it open, how can they prove it was open? if the OEM exhaust is there, you'd be a-okay.

oh well then save up and buy one off ebay? i still have an OEM style muffler on my car....it sounds horrible, but it takes away the only thing cops could pull me over for car wise.

Just get cutouts, it'll solve your problem.

I use two 4" cutouts. They work perfectly.
