set up a camera.. also stay awake so you can run out and identify them... if you have 2 cameras video them when your running out holding the cam in your hand
but dont run out as soon as they get there, let them do something malicious first that way you can nail them in court or whatever

I wouldn't sit outside with your buddies I would sit inside with the lights off watching yeah makes for a long night but think of all the fun you and your buddies could have when they roll up and actually do something to your car. The key to the story is they have to do something to it don't come after them to quick yeah it will suck alot to watch it happen but when it does Boom whoop ass dude ....

Leave it to highschoolers to pull stupid shit like this. Just go out and murder one of there parents, leave just enough evidence to point to you but have an alibi. Should get the message across. And you just let them spit on your car? I understand trying to be the bigger man, but all you did was make them want to "hurt you more. Should have ran one of the fuckers over.

Get a wireless webcam and once caught on tape broadcast that shit everywhere.
There is away to hook voltage to your car that when someone touches the metal it shocks the hell out of them. Illegal I know but would be a great laugh for sure.
