Brandon, you can check the zr-1 out at MIR this weekend if you're there. We'll be up there and I believe he's bringing it.

I was up at MIR today for a track rental. I'm guessing he's going for Imports vs Domestics.

I was kind of disappointed with my times today... I just couldn't get my 60' right... My best was 10.65 @ 141mph. As you can see, the mph is there but the time isn't due to my 60'..

Next time I go, that's all I plan to work on.

Hope you guys have a good time.

Yeah, you def. have the mph there, just got to get it to hook! He was gonna go to that rental but they wouldn't let him because he didn't have drag radials, which is strange. His best pass at MIR on factory tires was 11.50 @ 128 I believe, which isn't bad for the first time out. That car is a bitch to drive on street tires, much like I can imagine your is on DR's.

Yeah normally that wouldn't be a problem but the fast cars that were there were concerned about guys on street tires messing up the track prep (which was really good).. Anyway, his car on drag radials will be sick. "Ranger", who I had the pleasure of meeting had a stock ZR1 doing 10.73 on drag radials only and he said it had a lot more in it. He did a 10.85 in his stock C6 Z06 with drag radials only... dude can drive.. he has a very very precise method as well. Really cool guy to talk to as well... very good info from him.
